| Prerequisite: | Crane System Theory (CST) or online E-training of BOTH Mobile Hydraulics & Mobile Electrical |
| Content: | Shuttlelift is a 4 ½ day course that has been designed to target the current production Shuttlelift and Yard Boss product lines. The classroom portion begins with a load chart presentation that will give the students a good overall understanding of safe lifting practices. The presentation will conclude with several written exercises which will put them in real job site situations.
Instruction will also focus on the hydraulics and electrical systems of the Shuttlelift and Yard Boss machines. The systems for each model will be covered in detail utilizing the schematics and service manuals.
The LSI overload systems will be covered along with the PAT LMI & RCL systems to gain knowledge of proper programming. The course will conclude with a written test, covering material from both operation level and at the mechanical level. |
| Objectives: | Upon course completion the student will:

Have the ability to read and follow Shuttlelift hydraulic and electrical schematics.

Know how to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain the Shuttle lift hydraulic and electrical systems properly.

Have the ability to program and maintain the LSI overload system & PAT LMI or RCL Systems.

Have the ability to properly set up and operate the various models of Shuttlelift and understand the load capacity charts.
