| Students must have at least 6 months parts experience and basic PC navigation skills. |
| Description: | This course introduces students to the Manitowoc Crane Care organization, operations, policies, procedures, computer system and marketing programs.
The course begins with an in-depth look into the parts organization and operations. Students are presented with an overview of Manitowoc Crane Care product brands which include terms and technologies used for each brand. Time is spent to familiarize students with the Crane Care parts return and discrepancy forms, parts pricing structures and current Parts Marketing Programs.
