Where are courses held?
If you are attending course in Las Vegas, Nevada, they are held at the Manitowoc Crane Care Training Center, Cheyenne Commerce Center, 730 W. Cheyenne Ave., Ste. B-20, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 (click on the local area map at the bottom of the page for location).
What airport should I fly into if I am traveling from outside Nevada?
We suggest flying into the McCarran International Airport, located in Las Vegas, NV.

Are lodging, transportation and meals paid for?
No. Reservations, transportation and meals will be the responsibility of the students. Lunch, however, will be provided daily.
When do classes start/end?
Classes begin each day at 8:00 AM and finish at 5:00 PM except the last day ends around 1:00 PM (or when students are advised by the instructor).
What to Wear:
Students should wear comfortable work clothes; jeans are recommended in the product training center during the hands-on portion of the class – NO SHORTS OR OPEN-TOED SHOES/SANDALS. Each student receives a name badge to wear while on the Shady Grove premises.
What to Bring:
- Laptop computer if required for your course
- Volt Meter (Manitowoc product brand training courses)
Not permitted on premises:
- Pets (cats, dogs, etc.) - except for accessibility issues
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Alcoholic beverages
Cell Phones and Pagers:
We ask students to turn off cell phones and pagers during class and check messages during breaks and lunch time.
No Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted in our buildings. The use of smokeless tobacco in the classrooms/lab areas is not permitted. There is a designated smoking area outside of the buildings and an ashtray.
How will course expenses be handled?
No charge cancellations will be accepted up to two weeks prior to the start of the class. Cancellations received less than two weeks will be subject to a $500 course preparation fee.
